Mr Heaton was my surgeon for my knee arthroscopy and was very reassuring and put me at ease. I need a new knee and have total faith in Mr Heaton as he explains why you need it and what the procedure will entail. Due to my experience with my arthroscopy I have no concerns over putting my safety in his hands for my knee replacement.

I have recently had a total hip replacement done by Mr Heaton, When he first consulted me X-rays we’re done straight away and discussed what was involved with my hip. Within 8 weeks I was given an appointment at Grantham Hospital and the operation was performed. Mr Heaton came and spoke to me and informed me what would happpen. Everything went very well and was home the next day, I followed the physio instructions and had no problems at all. I have now been discharged from his care and would highly recommend Mr Heaton and all of his team at Grantham Hospital.

I found Mr Heaton did an excellent job replacing my right hip.I saw him after the operation for a follow up appointment. He was most informative in explaining the outcome of the recovery and gave me information regarding diet.exercising etc. Every thing was easy to understanding and reassuring. I am completely satisified with the treatment and advice I was given

I had a knee arthroscopy for constant knee pain on 26/07/24. Mr Heaton was excellent with his comforting but concise approach during the diagnosis phase, explaining the course of treatment required. Post op, he gave me clear instructions on what i needed to do. I had a 6 week post operation follow up appointment, where Mr Heaton explained exactly what he had done and suggested a recovery plan to assist me to get back to normal duties. Excellent from start to finish. :)

I met Mr Heaton in the Orthopaedic clinic as I had been referred for a hip replacement. He shook my hand on meeting and introduced himself, he reviewed my x-rays and explained them stating I would need a full hip replacement. He gave a time scale of 6-8 weeks at Grantham Hospital Lincolnshire, I had a spinal which was brilliant, I recovered so well that I was discharged the following afternoon, my scar is excellent and was walking with one stuck within a week and fully recovered within 6 weeks. He has done a brilliant job and is a pure gentleman I cannot thank him enough.
